 fidence and self esteem are always something I wrestled with - despite my 
 tall stature and strong arms taking me to two Olympic games where I have r
 epresented Great Britain swimming against the best in the world!</p>\n<p>T
 his is why I formed FAST and Female\, part of my Freya Anderson Swim Train
 ing initiative that I founded in 2023: dedicated to improving confidence i
 n young females in and out of the pool to keep women and girls in sport lo
 nger.</p>\n<p>I am delighted to invite your club swimmers to our FAST and 
 Female camp to be held at Monkton Combe Prep School\, Bath\, BA2 7ET on th

 y include</p>\n<p>a coach-led session with myself in the pool for demonstr
 ation</p>\n<p>a taste of pilates to understand how it supports flexibility
 </p>\n<p>educational talk on female health\, focussing on the menstrual cy
 cle and how to fuel around it\, led by Dr Emily Jevons\, physiologist and 
 nutritionist.</p>\n<p>I’d love to support your female swimmers to build 
 their confidence to inspire enjoyment and longevity in the sport.</p>\n<p>
