Please all be aware that Millfield are having solar panels fitted to the South facing side of the pool building.
This means there is reduced capacity in the car park, as an area is cordoned off.
Due to emergency exit doors being unavailable, a reduced capacity in the complex has been instigated, by Millfield Enterprises. I’ve reviewed the numbers expected with the Swimming Committee, for tomorrow, and we don’t anticipate an issue but we are going to ask you to do a couple of things for us.
1. Car share to ensure the best use of the space we have
2. Spectators, when you leave for the day, please let the team know on the front desk so that we can accurately manage the number of people in the building.
3. If we have to manage the capacity by managing numbers of spectators, please be kind to the team on the front desk, it’s not their fault. We have to operate safely and you may be asked to wait until other spectators leave.
Aside from that, because things are slightly different, please listen to the safety announcement with regard to exit routes, should an evacuation be necessary.
Spectator admission fees have not changed, they remain £4 for the day and £6 for a weekend. Please bring exact change, if paying by cash, or we will have our Sumup machines at the ready, should you wish to pay by card.
Finally, the QR code here is a link to the published programs. These are subject to change as withdrawals are accepted until just before each session, but they are a good guide. The most up to date information is in Meet Mobile.

Coaches and Team Managers, please ensure your qualifications, safeguarding and DBS checks are all in date now and uploaded to your Swim England Membership page.
Coaches & Team Managers must download & print accreditations from Swim England Membership options webpages.

Millfield is a NO NUT venue, please do not bring any type of nut snacks or food.
Millfield is a no smoking & vaping site. This includes the car park.
NO mobile devices are to be taken into changing rooms, toilets or poolside.
Swimmers are NOT to change on the competitors balcony and ONLY use the changing rooms, not the spectators toilets on the balcony.
Team Managers & Coaches must have accreditations to access the competitors balcony and poolside. Parents are not permitted on the competitors balcony.
Spectator entry is £4 per day, £6 for the weekend. If bringing cash, exact change would be appreciated. Card payments will be accepted.
The Snack shop and Pod outside will be open.
