2026 County Qualifying Times, accompanied by pre-condition information.
Qualifying times are in Short Course format.
When the time comes to submit your entries ALL entries must be in Short Course format. Where using a Long Course converted time, it must be the Short Course time published on Rankings.
When you send in your entries, they will be uploaded and checked against Swim England, any anomalies will be rejected, with no option to resubmit so please make sure the times are correct before submitting.
- Make sure your swimmers are showing on rankings as Club Compete before you submit your entries
- Make sure every swimmer has their Swim England membership number included
- Make sure times submitted are shown on ranking and are short course
Coaches and Team Managers, please ensure your qualifications, safeguarding and DBS checks are all in date now and uploaded to your Swim England Membership page.

Millfield is a NO NUT venue, please do not bring any type of nut snacks or food.
Millfield is a no smoking & vaping site. This includes the car park.
NO mobile devices are to be taken into changing rooms, toilets or poolside.
Swimmers are NOT to change on the competitors balcony and ONLY use the changing rooms, not the spectators toilets on the balcony.
Team Managers & Coaches must have accreditations to access the competitors balcony and poolside. Parents are not permitted on the competitors balcony.
Spectator entry is £4 per day, £6 for the weekend. If bringing cash, exact change would be appreciated. Card payments will be accepted.
The swim shop will be available on the balcony. Pre-order your Somerset ASA Merchandise.
The Snack shop and Pod outside will be open.
