£5 per entry / Maximum of 5 entries per competitor
Coaches & Team Managers must download & print the free accreditations from Swim England Membership options webpages.
ALL ACCREDITATIONS MUST BE WORN AROUND THE NECK AT ALL TIMES AND PRESENTED TO THE COMPETITORS STEWARD OR ANY EVENT ORGANISER ON REQUEST. Failure to do this will result in a breach of the Code of Conduct. This will be reported to the Somerset Management Committee where sanctions may be imposed.
The cost of the accreditations is included within the entry fee. Clubs should not add additional surcharges to entry fees for the purpose of providing coach and team manager passes for the event.

Warm up procedures
Millfield is a NO NUT venue, please do not bring any type of nut snacks or food.
Millfield is a no smoking & vaping site. This includes the car park.
NO mobile devices are to be taken into changing rooms, toilets or poolside.
Swimmers are NOT to change on the competitors balcony and ONLY use the changing rooms, not the spectators toilets on the balcony.
Team Managers & Coaches must have accreditations to access the competitors balcony and poolside. Parents are not permitted on the competitors balcony.
Spectator entry is £4 per day, £6 for the weekend. If bringing cash, exact change would be appreciated. Card payments will be accepted.
The swim shop will be available on the balcony.
The Snack shop and Pod outside will be open.
