Avocado and Scrambled Eggs

2 Slices of Wholewheat Toast

2 Eggs

Half and Avocado

Salt and Pepper

You will need: measuring jug, frying pan, wooden spoon, bowl, fork.

  1. Crack two eggs into a mixing jug
  2. Pour eggs into a hot frying pan and scramble
  3. Smash half an avocado and season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper
  4. Spread avocado on toast (no need for butter) and add aggs
  5. Enjoy!
