Fruity Yoghurt Smoothie

1 Handful of Strawberries

1 Handful of Mixed Berries

1 Handful Grapes

1 Kiwi

2 Tablespoons Greek Yoghurt

100ml Water

Ice

You will need: a chopping board, knife and blender

  1. Peel and chop the kiwi fruit.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  3. You can add more water or yoghurt to get your desired consistency.
  4. Enjoy!
