Immune Booster Smoothie

1 Medium Banana

1 Handful of Spinach

1 Handful of Kale

1 Teaspoon of Honey

1 Tablespoon of Greek Yoghurt

1 Tablespoon of Raspberries

1 Tablespoon of Blueberries

1 Orange

1 Small piece of fresh Ginger (or use a half a teaspoon of ground ginger)

100ml Water

Ice

You will need: a chopping board, knife, grater, orange squeezer and blender

  1. Peel and chop the banana into small chunks.
  2. Peel and chop the fresh ginger into small pieces or grate.
  3. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. Put all the prepared ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  5. You can add more water to get your desired consistency.
  6. Enjoy!
