Ingredients
1 Medium Banana
1 Handful of Spinach
1 Handful of Kale
1 Teaspoon of Honey
1 Tablespoon of Greek Yoghurt
1 Tablespoon of Raspberries
1 Tablespoon of Blueberries
1 Orange
1 Small piece of fresh Ginger (or use a half a teaspoon of ground ginger)
100ml Water
Ice
You will need: a chopping board, knife, grater, orange squeezer and blender
Method
- Peel and chop the banana into small chunks.
- Peel and chop the fresh ginger into small pieces or grate.
- Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
- Put all the prepared ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- You can add more water to get your desired consistency.
- Enjoy!
