Date: Saturday 24th May 2025, 10am.Venue: Lecture Room, Sports Training Village, University of Bath, Claverton Down, Bath BA2 7AY. A campus map is attached for your convenience. Also attached is the Sports Training Village map- but this may add confusion as we can greet people at a meeting point by the stairs above the main reception from 10am to direct them to the room.
There are AV facilities provided.
Parking: Further details and parking information can be found at https://www.teambath.com/about/getting-here/. Visitors must pay for parking using the JustPark app, phone line, or SMS service, as the machines on campus do not accept card or cash payments.
From the parking information section of their webpage:
"Accessibility- There are disabled parking spaces in all campus car parks, with the closest to the STV being located in Car Park G in the South car park. There is a ground-level access route directly to reception – please call 01225 386339 and our reception staff can direct you. Car Park E in the East car park is the best alternative car park for wheelchair users.
If you have a Blue Badge, you can use disabled parking spaces free of charge."
Food and drink:We are currently looking at options and we are hoping to serve attendees in the Lecture room. I have copied Nicky Slee into the email, as she will be assisting with the organisation and we have a team of helpers.
We will require final numbers at least 4 days prior to the AGM- I will confirm this nearer the time.
Options for prior and post AGM: The club has offered to show people around the facilities. We will have the Performance squad in the Performance gym prior to the AGM and the Para swimming session is taking place after the AGM from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.
