Ingredients
150g Vanilla Yoghurt
1 Medium Banana
2 Cups of Frozen Berries
150ml Milk of your choice – almond milk works well
Method
- Peel and chop the banana into small chunks.
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Add more milk to achieve desired consistency
- Serve immediately
- Enjoy!
